Acceptance

Use of this deal room, including uploading documents or submitting deal information, constitutes acknowledgment of the data-handling practices described here, alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What we collect

• Account and contact information (name, email, role).
• Deal information you submit (financing request details, property/business data).
• Documents you upload (financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and similar).
• Basic technical data (IP address, user agent) tied to consent and sign-in events.

How data is used

• To evaluate and process your financing request.
• To match your deal with relevant lenders under GLG Capital's blinding rules.
• To operate, secure, and improve this deal room.

Borrower document handling

Uploaded documents are visible to you and the GLG Capital deal team. Lenders see a blinded summary only, with identity withheld until GLG Capital marks the deal disclosed. Access is scoped per deal and enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Retention and deletion

You may delete documents you have uploaded at any time from your deal room. Remaining account and deal data is retained for as long as needed to service your financing request and for GLG Capital's recordkeeping obligations, after which it may be deleted on request — email us to request removal.
