How your documents are handled

You upload sensitive material here — financial statements, tax returns, bank statements. This page explains, in plain terms, how this deal room actually treats those files.

Who can see your documents

• Your documents are visible to you and to the GLG Capital deal team working on your financing.
• Lenders reviewing your deal see a blinded summary — deal size, structure, and underwriting figures — with your name and identifying details withheld.
• The blinding is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the page: a lender's account is never sent your identity until GLG Capital marks the deal as disclosed to that lender, which happens only when you move forward with an introduction.

How files are protected

• Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in storage.
• Access is scoped per deal: your sign-in link only opens your own deal room, and database rules limit each account to its own records.
• Sign-in links are single-use and expire quickly — there is no password to steal.

Your control

• You can delete any document you've uploaded directly from your deal room, at any time.
• To request removal of your remaining information after a deal closes or if you withdraw, email us and we'll take care of it.
