1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in, or uploading documents to this deal room, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use this deal room.

2. Use of the deal room

• Accounts and access links are for the individual or entity they were issued to — do not share sign-in links.
• You agree to provide accurate information in connection with any financing request submitted through this deal room.
• GLG Capital may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Data and document handling

How your documents and data are collected, used, and protected is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing page. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.

4. Borrower document handling

• Documents you upload are used solely to evaluate and process your financing request.
• Lenders reviewing your deal see a blinded summary until GLG Capital discloses your identity as part of moving forward with an introduction.
• You may request deletion of documents you have uploaded at any time, subject to the retention terms described in Data Processing.

5. Disclaimers

This deal room facilitates introductions and information exchange between borrowers, brokers, and lenders. GLG Capital does not guarantee financing outcomes, loan approval, or specific terms. Nothing in this deal room constitutes a commitment to lend.

6. Changes to these terms

GLG Capital may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version, and your continued use after a new version is posted constitutes acceptance of that version.
